Should any failure occur –through no fault on our Partners-in the coffee machine or drink machine installed by Pannon Coffee Ltd. then the service is free of charge.

How long does it take Pannon Coffee Ltd to repair a machine?

Our colleagues start trouble shooting within 48 hours. In case the machine cannot be repaired there, we provide another one.

What about the process of accounting and payment between Pannon Coffee Ltd. and its Partners?

The base of accounting is the number of hot drink portions after the latest accounting.

What conditions are needed for installing a machine by Pannon Coffee Ltd.?

The minimum portion number is 9 in case of professional coffee machines, 17 with coffee machines and 20 with drink machines. In case the portion number is not given we offer our Partners personal solution.
