General guidelines

Pannon Kávé Kft. ensures constant services, in compliance with the legislation in force, to customer needs by establishing and effectively operating its quality assurance system. The corporation's further goal is to increase customer satisfaction and trust in order to satisfy specific customer and legal demands.

To realize this, the Corporation's management decided to establish, operate, and develop a quality control system in the future in line with the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard to maintain the constantly increasing quality level of the coffee machines' and drink machines' leasing, servicing, and material trading needed for their operation.

Pannon Kávé Kft. established its quality control system not only in line with the MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard, but with other standards to which MSZ EN ISO 9001:2001 standard referred to.
